There, I’ve just come out and said it. I’m not a huge sweets person, but I do think that a proper brunch should have a little sweet component.
Tasty n Sons, in Portland, Oregon does this just right. You can get a single, small chocolate potato doughnut, which you can use to sop up all that crème anglaise.
That’s what I call civilized.
