As we straggle out of winter in the Northern Hemisphere, thoughts tend to turn to tropical delights, which of course includes food.

What better way to banish the doldrums than thinking about eating in the Hawaiian islands?

Let’s begin with bricks of chocolate from Kauai….

On the Big Island, you can visit the Mauna Loa factory and pick up Hershey kisses made with macadamia nuts, sold only in the islands….
