I did some ecotourism in Costa Rica a few years back and I had a rich experience. I visited Monteverde, home to cloud forest reserves. I walked the suspension bridge and got a stunning view of the rainforest canopy. I also visited Corcovado National Park and saw monkeys swing from tree to tree and lots of rainforest wildlife. They have good beaches there too. I stayed at the Palms Private Residence Club and had a fantastic setting by the beach.
