		<description>Based on my visits to New Orleans over the last 2 years, it has improved.  It seems they would be better off essentially leveling the areas that are below sea-level and focus on areas that are more apt to withstand storms.  It is amazing to drive through the outskirts and see a landscape that could serve as a backdrop for a post-apocalyptic film.</description>
