Well, with all the big-name fantastic reviews you've been getting, you hardly need our accolades :-) But I'm glad you found us. Whatever you're working on next, I"m looking forward to it!

Thanks for telling me! And yes, B&N has been very supportive of it -- they've picked it for their "Discover Great New Writers" program for August, so I'm grateful.

And how nice for me that someone I met randomly turns out to review books on a blog!

Mutual friend. We met once, in passing in NYC for a couple hours, with Janna K. and Joe just as they were moving back from Vienna and you were about to move to France. I saw her last month (June), and she asked if I remembered you and reminded me that you'd just sold a book at the time we met and it was now out. She'd just finished it and told me the title. So I went home and it was right there on the top shelf of the New Fiction section at my local Barnes & Noble (I promise, I would have bought it from an independent bookseller, but there's none within about 50 miles of where I live--at least it had good placement!). I fell in love with it, and especially with Aasha.

As with so many things in life, it's down to the people you know and little coincidences ...
