I also had a fun holiday with five women from my family - my grandmother, age 77, two aunts, myself and my cousin, age 23. We went around Tasmania in a mobile home, went on walks, ate yummy food and played board games. It was nice reconnecting with family and no we didn't kill each other! I’ve had some great times hanging out with women friends so with the right crowd, I would definitely enjoy this.

The idea of getaways with a buncha girls just doesn't resonate with me. HOWEVER, when I was living overseas and lonely, god, what I wouldn't have given for a getaway with my people! And I was always sorely disappointed that I couldn't attend the "Whiney Expat Meetup" in Germany. There's aren't a lot of PEOPLE I can imagine enjoying traveling with, so limiting that by gender cuts the pool in half. I’m just not girly.
