		<description>Although they seem to have a patchy record with stocking my books(plug, plug) I have to agree that Standfords is a fantastic bookstore, and as Antonia mentioned they do stock a bewildering array of maps.

One part on their site that is worth checking out is their events listing, where you can book up for some of the many talks and slide shows that they hosts. http://www.stanfords.co.uk/events/ Good for visitors and Londoners alike!
