"JoLynn, I figured a lot of people (me included) might be thinking about getting in better shape as shorts/swimsuit season arrives, and I liked your no-screeching, sensible approach.".....cool, I wouldn't want to sound like a screech!

Thanks Sheila, that made me laugh. :)

Hi JoLynn and Liz, Thanks for stopping by.

JoLynn, I figured a lot of people (me included) might be thinking about getting in better shape as shorts/swimsuit season arrives, and I liked your no-screeching, sensible approach.

Liz, I don't know if I'll have time to surf and post links again as the week wears on, because some of my other article deadlines are piling up, but I've found that it's the way to get the most out of one of Darren's projects.

Hi Sheila, amazing how many responded to the group writing project over at Pro-blogger. Thanks for narrowing down the list a little. Will do the same on my blog tomorrow.

Especially liked the Top 5 Spanish Tapas and Mathews blog as am heading over to Spain in September and his blog looks like a place I need to visit before getting there...

Cheers, Liz (trying out the backwards wave here...)

Hi Sheila!

Thank you for including me in your list of recommended reads!

How funny that my post on weight loss would end up on a travel blog....you see, I was a flight attendant for 7 years and that was my entire life - travel. The one place that I didn't get to though, was Naples....I have a strong desire to see Pompeii. As it is, I don't blog about flying and don't have an intention to, but I'm really glad I found your site.

How great is that that you have written for National Geographic. That must be a high point for you. :)

Thanks again for including me, I'll be reading more on your blog in the future and I'll check out your other blog, too. Good luck in the Problogger project!

All the best,

JoLynn
